WORKSHOP SPECIAL!
Buns of Steel
Improve your movement,
prevent injury and power up your glutes!
When your glutes aren't working properly, we see compensation patterns that can cause issues ALL OVER THE BODY, from your shoulders to your ankles.

Some women will experience back or hip pain, others knee or ankle pain, some even achilles pain!

Some will experience a significant lack of power when they want to run, or lift, or jump.

And some will experience chronic tightness in other areas of the body, such as hip flexors, back, hamstring, calf etc.

In summary, glutes are sooo important for functional movement, injury prevention and performance.

If you'd like to learn more about your bum (who wouldn't!), join us for our upcoming workshop!
