Hi, I'm Pippa, and I've been a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for 10 years. I've always eaten "healthy" and trained consistently.
But I was doing it all wrong.
Despite my expertise, I was under-eating all day and unconsciously "topping up" with processed foods after work. I had afternoon crashes, suboptimal training results, and when I hit 30, my body composition started changing in ways I couldn't control.
When I finally learnt the science of proper fuelling - including metabolic health, hormonal balance (I even sprinkled in a bit of brain science!) - everything changed. My energy stabilised, my training improved, and body composition became effortless to manage.
